Foster Grandparents

To provide fulfilling volunteer opportunities for those over age 55 that positively impact at-risk children in public schools, non-profit child care centers, and Head Starts.

The Foster Grandparent Program gives seniors the opportunity to serve as mentors, tutors and caregivers for at-risk children in schools, Head Starts and non-profit child care centers. The volunteers provide a little extra love and attention to children in order for them to develop the skills, confidence and strength to succeed in life.
