Melon Roasters Car Club

The purpose of the Hastings Melon Roasters Car Club is to preserve and promote the restoration, driving, and enjoyment of classic, vintage, and modern automobiles, motorcycles, tractors, and trucks. We encourage and advocate this hobby for ALL ages! Our club aligns it's values so that it can be a productive and valued non-profit that positively benefits the communities and members involved. Give day proceeds are going directly to preserving the Historic Brickyard Park and working towards getting the park listed on the National Register for Historic places.

The Hastings Melon Roasters Car Club takes pride in being a 100+ membership group. Club members are involved within their communities, specifically the City of Hastings. Over the past 16 years, the Melon Roasters have hosted an annual car show at the Historic Brickyard Park in Hastings. A large percentage of the show's proceeds go directly back to the park for improvements and state/national designations due to the historic nature of the park. The club also selects one local non-profit charity to support through car show proceeds.
