Community Impact Network - Bridging Forward

The Community Impact Network exists to solve problems that no single entity can solve alone, such as poverty alleviation through Bridging Forward, an audacious effort to reduce poverty 30% by 2030!

The Community Impact Network is an active partnership hub that helps 70+ partner organizations work better together. Schools, non-profits, faith communities, government agencies and state-level partners use the CIN to work on complex challenges, smooth access to resources for residents and stay in communication about issues and opportunities.

Bridging Forward is working! A unique way to help build financial stability for community members, this program is what your donation will fund! Since 2022 we have worked with 47 households and increased income by an average 115%.   

These numbers didn't happen by accident. They happened because people showed up for each other.

Households participating in Bridging Forward increased their incomes by a median of 115%. Other metrics shown improvement as well: the number of people participants could "count on for support" increased by 600%!  Nearly two-thirds reached Thriving status in work.  The realm of Power & Autonomy — the area where people felt most stuck — transformed more than almost any other domain.

How? One of the main ways was through Allies — community members who walk alongside someone on their journey out of poverty. People who listen without judgment. Who share connections, encouragement, and their own life experience. Who show up consistently, week after week.
