At United Way of South Central Nebraska, we believe that strong communities are built through collaboration, compassion, and commitment. Thanks to the unwavering support of our donors, volunteers, and more than 50 Employer Campaign Partners, this past year has been nothing short of extraordinary—a record-breaking year that reflects the power of unity and purpose.

Our mission is simple: we find out where our neighbors need a hand, gather the resources to help, and pour them back into the four-county (Adams, Clay, Nuckolls & Webster) area we call home. By bringing together big-hearted donors and local volunteers, we’re building a community that’s not just stronger, but kinder and healthier for everyone.  

Together, we are fulfilling our mission: to provide leadership by assessing needs, raising funds, and allocating resources to enrich lives and strengthen our region. We proudly fund and support more than 40 local nonprofit agencies and community programs that address critical needs in education, financial stability, and health.
